Integration with Shopify
RouteMagnet can be integrated with any Shopify online store.
when an order get fulfilled or created on Shopify , it is then automatically transferred to RouteMagnet Builder.
At the bottom of this page is shown an alternative method consisting of Exporting Shopify order on excel file then importing on Routemagnet.

Pre-Requirements: you must have an account on RouteMagnet and admin access on your shopify store.
Shopify WebHooks Integration
1 - Setup on RouteMagnet
Integration tab
- In Shopify Webhooks tile, press 'Activate'
Copy Webhook URL
this url will be needed next step 2
2 - Setup the communication Shopify - RouteMagnet

Shopify Admin side -> Settings -> Notifications
Scroll down Notifications page to see Webhooks section
Press ‘Create webhook’
In ‘Add a webhook’ form:
Select ‘Order fulfillment’
Set URL field with copied link eg: https://route-magnet.herokuapp.com/shopify/order/add/6143b4c6b62f42280a84e789
Note: depending your business needs you might prefer to transfer the order when it gets created, in this case select Event ‘Order Creation’ instead of ‘Order fulfillment’.
3 - Test integration
Once the webhook is setup, On Shopify Admin side -> Notification->Webhook, test the integration on ‘Send test notification’ link
After few seconds, you should see a new order in Builder-> Orders Tile -> Queue
Alternative: Export Shopify Orders with Excel – Import on RouteMagnet
Another solution to transfer orders from Shopify to RouteMagnet is to use Export/Import Tool.
Pre-Requirements: you must have an account on RouteMagnet and admin access on your shopify store.
On Shopify Admin -> Orders -> Export -> export in csv
Open CSV file with Microsoft Excel to identify columns needed to be imported: Address, name, lineItem name, total, phone…

Configure field - column mapping :
Results showing Successful and failed imports, fix uncomplete orders before validate
After validation, imported orders are added to orders tile.
