If 'Create' is pressed within Queue tab, the order will be added in Queue,
If 'Create' is presses within Map tab, the order will be added in Map.
See Queue tab as a Waiting list. Queue tab is shared among users of your company, oreders are then picked by users to be on user Map.
From the Map, user can build the deliveries itinerary.
